Data collected through the contact form

When you write to us via the contact form, we collect only the data you provide: name, email, company (optional), project type and message. This data is used exclusively to reply to you.

Retention

Messages are kept for the duration of our business relationship and archived for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention is required by law.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and uses no personally identifiable data. No consent banner is therefore required.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a cookie-free, GDPR-friendly solution.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of data concerning you using the contact form.
